Because there are so many different variables that can affect the cost of a translation, it is not possible to provide a simple rate table here. Our rates are based on five factors:
- source type (paper, electronic, or media)
- content type (required specialty area)
- language
- formatting
- length

The quickest way to get a free quote is also the easiest! Simply scan your document(s) and email them to the Translation Desk . You will receive a response in under two hours during normal business hours. You can then pay for it online and receive the translation in the mail for no extra charge.
Translation Drop-Off Locations
Large documents unsuitable for emailing may be dropped off at one of our locations. Please be aware that our locations are "by appointment" only, and you must call in advance to make up an appointment.
